Shipping

What shipping methods are available?

Depending on your region there may be different methods available. To see your available options, please look at the shipping options presented during checkout.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we deliver worldwide. The shipping cost depends on the size, weight, and destination. You can calculate the exact shipping amount by placing the items you want in your shopping cart, going to the checkout page, and entering your shipping address. For orders above €200 we offer free worldwide shipping.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are fulfilled by our global shipping partner in Germany (Europe). If you are located outside of the European Union there may be additional import taxes for your order. For more information on that, please check with your local tax office.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We try our best to send out orders on the same day. For orders with delivery in Europe you can typically expect 1-3 business days.

For deliveries outside of Europe approximately 3-12 business days, depending on region. Please note our carrier currently expects longer delays for deliveries outside of the European Union.

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major Credit (and Debit) cards as well as Bank Transfer and Paypal.

Is buying online safe?
Your information is fully secure with our approved e-commerce partner (Mollie B.V.) for the Lange & Berkeley store. All online sales are secured with SSL technology, the most secure encryption technology currently available for electronic transactions.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an order?

To place an order, first go to the product you wish to purchase. Clicking on “Collection” takes you to an overview of our currently available products.

Select the desired quantity of the product and click on “add to shopping cart”. You will now be further directed to the shopping cart. Click on “to the checkout” and follow the next steps to place your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

In case you need to cancel or change your order, kindly get in touch with us and we will assist you directly.

How do I check the status of my order?

For more information about your order, you can click the “Order Tracking” link on the bottom of our website. Here you will be asked to input your order ID and the e-mail you used to place your order. 

What is your return policy?

Your purchase is covered by a 14 day return policy. All returns must be in an unused condition and in its original packaging. Shipping costs are not included in our return policy.
